The AARP Foundation WorkSearch program provides community-level job and career information and services to individuals 40+ who are seeking to remain in, or re-enter the workforce. The program helps with skills assessment, interest and abilities listings, and online courses and studies at no cost to the individual.  The Foundation may be able to connect qualified individuals with on-the-job training at companies that value experience and dedication.
